Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

• Within 30 days: Full refund if goods are faulty
• Within 6 months: Full refund if goods cannot be repaired or replaced
• Up to 6 years: Some money back if goods do not last a reasonable time

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us
• We will confirm your order by email once accepted
• The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your goods
• Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to change your mind and receive a full refund.

• Return the goods unused and in original packaging
• You are responsible for return postage costs
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods

• We deliver to UK addresses
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Standard delivery is typically 2-5 working days
• Risk passes to you upon delivery
• Please check goods on receipt and report any damage within 48 hours
