We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. For deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and BFPO addresses, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Note: Delivery costs are calculated based on weight and destination. Sustainable wax is heavy, so shipping costs reflect this.

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day
  • During busy periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 working days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • High demand periods (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday)
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect address details

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

You can add delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., "Leave with neighbour" or "Leave in safe place"). Please note:

  • If you request the parcel be left without a signature, you accept responsibility for any loss
  • We cannot be held responsible for parcels left as instructed

If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will usually:

  • Leave a card with collection/redelivery options
  • Attempt redelivery the next working day
  • Leave the parcel at a local collection point

Parcels returned to us due to failed delivery will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If the outer packaging is damaged, please:

  1. Note the damage when signing for the parcel
  2. Take photos of the damage
  3. Contact us within 48 hours at hello@byaurorauk.com

We pack all orders securely to minimise the risk of damage. Wax products are heavy and require sturdy packaging. We use:

  • Strong cardboard boxes
  • Protective padding where necessary
  • Recyclable and biodegradable materials where possible

We currently only ship within the UK. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us and we may be able to provide a quote.
