This is a 15 cell swirl heart silicone mould which is perfect for making chocolates with liquid caramel (or other) soft centres. These make nice, big, deep chocolates that are ideal for filling and give a good selection that would be ideal to make up an assorted box of types and flavours. As always , they are very easy to release.
